Read as pulling strings. 右弼 describes goodwill circulating, which is a real layer in every organisation.
右弼 is the yin face of the pair. Its difference from 左輔 isn't strength but channel: 左輔's help comes through the open route — position, procedure, relationships you can name; 右弼's comes through the quiet one — goodwill, unspoken understanding, support with no title on it.
That division reflects how help actually works. Most things aren't moved by rules but by somebody being willing, and 右弼 is the second kind. It's therefore harder to notice than 左輔: whoever helped you that way usually doesn't say so.
The tradition prefers both together, and the reason is now clear — when the open channel and the quiet one are both working, things move. Someone with only one tends to keep hitting a wall on the other side without knowing why.
