Six White Metal sits north-west, on the Qian trigram — heaven. Qian is the first hexagram of the I Ching: origination, authority, and carrying. In the traditional scheme north-west is the gate of heaven and the honoured seat. So Six White's subject is responsibility, not luck.
It shows up in you like this: you take things on without being assigned them, and you mostly can carry them; your internal standard for right and wrong is definite, and compromise costs you more than it costs others; and you find it hard to show weakness — you barely mention being tired.
Running well, Six White is whoever settles it: things reach a conclusion at you, and other people can act on that. What the role needs isn't cleverness, it's willingness to stand last. Blocked, responsibility becomes lonely elevation — everything carried yourself, and a feeling that nobody keeps up; or principle used as a reason not to come close. Six White's practice is letting people share. Heaven is high, and heaven doesn't have to do the raining itself.
