Judgement is twenty, rising; the World is twenty-one, wholeness. A figure dances inside a wreath holding two wands (the Magician held one), and in the four corners are the Wheel's four creatures. The picture gathers the whole journey: the wreath is a circle (the shape of zero again), two wands are the Magician's capability doubled, the corners are the four fixed points from the Wheel — you went all the way round, and became the one at the centre who isn't turned. Twenty-one is three times seven: creation carried through seven trials.
Where you'll recognise it: something big genuinely finished, a sense of wholeness, knowing who you are and what you did; and the moments of 'this chapter can be set down'. This card is about completion — not winning, but arriving.
Running well, the World is the most whole state there is: at ease, grateful, connected to everything. Stuck, its problem is staying in the wholeness — treating completion as permanent, refusing the next Fool's uncertainty, or the reverse: forever feeling one thing short and never conceding it's done. The wreath is open and the figure is dancing. Completion is dynamic; it is itself the next departure.
