The throat is the chart's outlet: everything that becomes audible or visible to other people passes through it. Which is why it has the most connections in the system — it's the only channel to manifestation. Speaking, making, handing something over all count as saying here.
Filled means you have a steady channel and what needs to come out does. Open means your expression is affected by environment: some rooms it flows, others not a word.
Running well, the throat is the step where inside becomes outside — without it every thought and feeling upstream stays with you. Blocked, the usual problem isn't being unable to speak, it's congestion: wanting to express and not finding the form, which turns into a hard-to-describe irritation. What works then usually isn't forcing your mouth open, it's changing channel. If you can't say it, write it; if you can't write it, make it. There's more than one outlet.
