The four strategies aren't advice; they're the operating method each type's energy structure dictates. Waiting to respond belongs to anyone with a defined sacral — roughly seven people in ten — which makes it the most common and the most misunderstood of them.

The mechanism is specific: the sacral doesn't start from nothing, it's a responder. It needs an external object — a question, an invitation, something actually in front of you — before it produces its yes or no. Initiating from cold is switching the machine on with no signal, which is possible and expensive.

The real difficulty isn't patience, it's that modern environments reward initiative. So the practice isn't becoming passive, it's putting yourself where things will come to you. That's this type's genuine initiative: you choose the field, not each item in it.
