Day-master strength is a ratio; when what feeds you (your own kind and what produces you) outweighs what drains you, or the season is on your side, that's strong. You are your own fuel — little topping up needed, and you can move things alone.
The tradition's advice for strong is to welcome what drains you: output, resource you control, demands made on you. That's mechanism, not moralising: the surplus force needs somewhere to go. Strength with an outlet is thrust; strength without one presses inward, or presses on the people beside you.
Where you'll recognise it: idleness makes you uncomfortable, your opinions are hard to shift, you carry pressure well, and other people's slowness tries your patience. Running well, you're the person with the most drive: your own views, able to open a road, taking things where no one else could. Stuck, you're hard — not hearing, too heavy, 'I can do it' turning into 'why can't any of you'. What this chart most needs is a stage big enough and people who'll push back — the first spends you, the second corrects you, and neither is the enemy.
