License plate reading is a numerology method that turns the letters and digits of a plate into numbers and reduces them. On GATSEE it is an entertainment reading. It looks at the plate's key number and the separate numbers of its letters and digits.
The plate is uppercased and only letters and digits are kept. Letters use the Pythagorean table (A to I are one to nine, J starts again at one); digits count as themselves. Total, digits only and letters only each reduce to a number, so a plate has three. Digits are checked for repeats and runs.
What it asks you for: no birth data, just a question
The key number of the whole plate, the number of its digits, the number of its letters, and repeats or runs in the digits.
