What is freeNo charge

The items below are free. What is read from your own chart (your good hours, the reasons behind the day, each tradition's full reading, the AI interpretation written for you) is for members; the year report can be bought on its own, and annual members read it in full.

For the first 7 days of a new account everything members get is open; after that, the list above is what stays.

Before you buy

What you buy is digital content and an online service: it switches on in your account after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.
You sign in with Google or Apple before buying. Plans and credits belong to the account, so signing in with the same account on another device shows them there too.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments switch on as soon as the payment succeeds. ATM transfers and convenience-store codes switch on once the payment is made and the payment service notifies us.
Payment methods (through NewebPay): credit and debit cards (Taiwan and overseas), UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, E.SUN Wallet, ATM transfer, Web ATM, convenience-store payment code or barcode.
If you are under the legal age, please buy with your parent or guardian's consent.
Amounts converted at the October 17 rate; the amount debited is your card issuer's conversion on the day. Rates by ExchangeRate-API

Refund policy

Subscriptions: within 7 days of payment, with no AI interpretation used, a full refund.
Subscriptions: once in use, refunds are proportional to the days remaining; period credits already spent are deducted from the remainder.
Credit packs: within 7 days and entirely unused, a full refund; otherwise the unused share.
Year report: a full refund on request within 7 days of payment.
VVIP: within 7 days of paying and before any full reading has been opened, a full refund; the VVIP days bought end with it.
Refunds return by the original method: card payments reverse to the card; ATM and convenience-store payments return by bank transfer, which needs an account to send to.
To request one: sign in and write to Support, or email beemen.official@gmail.com with the payment time and amount.

How paying works

Paying through NewebPay, a plan is a prepaid period: nothing is charged when it ends; buy another period and the days are added to your current end date.

Once a payment goes through, the plan or the credits appear on your Plan & credits page, which also keeps the record of every payment.
